Because digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, receive the wrong file, or have a technical problem with your download, contact us at support@beast-llc.com and we will help resolve the issue.

No physical product will be shipped.
